Goal: To respond to the basic needs of the poor through expansion
of microfinance initiatives, more livelihood and enterpreneurship opportunities
for the poor

	Poverty incidence among the families Source: NSCB		Poverty incidence among the families increased by 3.1 percentage points from 2003 to 2006.
Triple the loans to self-employed and small borrowers	Number of new jobs generated by microfinance borrowers Source: PCFC		Number of new jobs generated increasing and has already surpassed the two million target.
A total of 4.2 million active microfinance clients by 2010	Cumulative number of active microfinance clients Source: PCFC		Number of new and existing microfinance clients already exceeded the target. The significant increase in 2008 was brought about by the small farmers and fisherfolk (SFFs) and their dependents who benefitted from the microfinance program.
Total loans targeted to increase by P43.5 billion by 2010	Total amount loaned to active microfinance borrowers Source: PCFC		Total amount loaned to active microfinance borrowers increasing during the last four years and already exceeded the target. The upturn in loans in 2008 was due to those released to SFFs.

Fully implement and institutionalize the KALAHI-CIDSS in 4,530 barangays, 182 municipalities and 42 provinces	Number of barangays, municipalitiesand provinces where KALAHI-CIDSS:KKB was implemented Source: DSWD		The total unmber of barangays where the KALAHI-CIDSS was implemented has surpassed the 2010 target by 199 percent.
	Number of municipalities where KALAHI-CIDSS was implemented   Source: DSWD		The number of municipalities where the KALAHI-CIDSS was implemented has been achieved as early as 2006.
	Number of provinces where KALAHI-CIDSS was implemented   Source: DSWD		The implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS was sustained in 42 provinces.
11,500 Persons with disabilities (PWDs) served in 2010	Number of persons with disabilities served Source: DSWD		The target number of PWDs served was already realized.
